Refunds, Returns and Policy Statements

Thank you for purchasing a Florida Mineral Product.  We are committed to providing high quality mineral supplements to ensure the health and well-being of your various livestock, farm animals and wildlife.  This warranty outlines the terms and conditions of your purchase.

• Warranty Coverage
  • This Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product purchased from Florida Mineral.
  • This Warranty is valid for a period of 30-days from date of purchase.
• Warranty Claims
  • To initiate a warranty claim please contact our Consumer Service Team at  Contact Us
  • You will be required to provide proof of purchase, including the order number and date of purchase.
  • Our Consumer Service Team will guide you through the claim process and provide instructions for returning the defective product, if necessary.
• Warranty Exclusions
  • This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
    • Misuse, abuse or improper handling of the product.
    • Failure to follow the provided usage instructions.
    • Accidental damage or acts beyond our control.
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the product.
• Warranty Resolution
  • Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, Florida Mineral will, at its discretion:
    • Replace the defective product with an equivalent product.
    • Provide a refund for the purchase price of the defective product.
  • If a replacement is not available, Florida Mineral reserves the right to provide a similar product of equal value.
  • Any refunds issued will be based on the original purchase price and will not include any associated shipping or handling charges.
• Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Mineral disclaims liability for and in no event shall Florid Mineral be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for loss or revenue or profits, costs of labor, overhead, transportation, or any damages for or attributable to any claim of the customer or other end user of the products delivered under this purchase order.  This disclaimer shall apply whether or not either party has been apprised of the possibility of such damages.
  • The total liability of Florida Mineral shall not exceed the purchase price of said product.
• Governing Law
  • This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.

Please retain your proof of purchase as it will be required to process any warranty claims.  This warranty is in addition to any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4041 N 40th Street, Tampa, Florida 33610.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
